Good Standing Required

Card keys issued only to residents current on assessments and in compliance with governing documents. Replacement cards subject to a replacement fee.

1**SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.** No lifeguards on duty.
2**Pool Hours:** 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
3**Guests:** Maximum 12 guests per household.
4**Children under 15** must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
5**Non-swimmers** of any age must be accompanied in the water by a responsible person within arms reach. Flotation devices recommended.
6**Pools NOT available** during clubhouse reservation/rental events. Pools remain open to residents at all times otherwise.
7**Gates closed.** Do not prop open.
8**NO DIVING.** No jumping off ledge between pools. No running.
9**Proper swim attire required.** No cut-offs. Children not toilet trained must wear a **vinyl or plastic diaper cover** (Pull Ups and regular swim diapers do NOT hold waste and are NOT allowed).
10**No glass containers.** No firearms/weapons. No pets in pool area. No bicycles/skateboards/scooters/motorized vehicles.
11**No food in pool.** Food and drinks at least 6 feet from pool. No alcohol.
12**No smoking** in pool area.
13**Noise minimum.** Music off by 9:00 PM.
14**Pool furniture** cannot be removed from pool area.
15**Security cameras** monitor the pool area.
16**Violations** may result in loss of pool privileges.

1Residents may bring a maximum of 5 guests per visit.
2Residents must accompany their guests at all times.
3Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
4Guest privileges may be revoked for violations of pool rules.

Owner, Owner’s family and guests will not tamper with any lock, prop open any gate, or take any other action which would allow free access to the Swimming Pool by any person. Owner will not cause Owner’s key to be duplicated by any person.

In consideration of being permitted to use the Swimming Pool and related facilities, the undersigned Owner hereby voluntarily assumes all risks of personal injury, death, or property damage arising from use of the Swimming Pool.

Owner hereby waives, releases, and discharges La Ventana, its Board of Directors, officers, committees, agents, employees, and PS Property Management, LLC from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to any loss, damage, or injury sustained while using the pool facilities.

Owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Association and management company from any claims brought by Owner, Owner’s family members, guests, or invitees arising from use of the pool facilities.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all pool rules and the terms of this Waiver, Release, and Indemnification Agreement.
